He is very concise when it comes to resolving your problem. He waste no time and he is not one to string you along if you do not have a case. This is important because he saves you time and resources. The line of communication is very open and clear; not only clear he is very responsive which leads you not wait but rather act on what it takes for your case to proceed or move forward. Often times with other lawyers you are the one calling trying to follow up see what is going on. This is not case with this law firm even if he himself cannot contact you someone on his team will make sure you are well debriefed and aware of all aspect of your case.

I cannot say how fine a lawyer Marc Rich has been in negotiating a settlement with New York City and the New York Housing Authority after my very serious fall on a broken sidewalk. He was extremely precise, and during the period of negotiation also careful about raising my expectations. It goes without saying, that he is extremely ethical. The settlement is now in.
